A tradition born in Asti in 1883

Davide Barbero's Torroneria was founded in 1883 in Mombercelli d'Asti, and is still known for its artisanal production of crumbly nougat and the finest chocolate. Each individual product is crafted slowly, just as it once was. Suffice it to say that the nougat is cooked for about seven and a half hours and still takes place in historic steam boilers. Davide Barbero uses only the highest-quality raw materials. Our shop is the gateway to our artisanal production, in addition to our retail outlet at Via Brofferio 84 in Asti.
