    INGREDIENTS: Piedmont hazelnut (45%), honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch.

    It is made of egg whites and is steamed for about 2 hours, shaped, cut into small parts, cooled and wrapped one by one.
