It's a golden coloured Tripel style beer with an aroma of malts and tropical fruits due to a blend of honey. Its Belgian yeasts in fermentation develop fruity esters. On the palate it is alcoholic, dry and intense with a delicate note of the aromas of acacia and chestnut honey and a herbaceous hint of hops.

The Acqui docg Rose' Brut takes up the historical tradition of Brachetto Secco wine, now reinterpreted through the fresh and modern style of Made in Italy Rosé bubbles. Obtained from the crushing of 100% Brachetto grapes and immediate separation of the skins. Fermentation takes place in autoclave with the Martinotti Method and with aging on the lees.
