This grappa is obtained by harmonizing the pomace of the historic vineyards of Asti Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo

This grappa is made up of the selection of the best Piedmontese single varietals, all obtained from the distillation of fresh pomace in discontinuous stills.

The line is further embellished by the presence of refinements in oak barrels (for an average period of 18 months) of the Moscato, Barbera and Nebbiolo grappas for Barolo.

Grappa Dellavalle Amarone Gran Cuvée is made from a selection of the best native grape varieties. The skins of the vines are distilled separately in small stills using the discontinuous method.
