    Inalto is the expression of the great Alta Langa traditional Piedmontese classic method sparkling wines, where the obligatory vintage guarantees the quality and character of the wine. The wines obtained with soft pressing of the grapes and slow fermentation at a controlled temperature, remain in the cellar until the spring following the harvest, and then are bottled for the second fermentation which takes place in the bottle with the traditional classic method. It is then aged in the bottle, before final disgorgement for at least 30 months.
