Its style is on the border between Anglo-American Strong Ales and Belgian Quadrupels. On the nose it releases intense malt mixed with cocoa, coffee and caramel beyond which you can perceive notes of citrus and spices. On the palate it is immediately soft in body but at the same time the power of the hops explodes, generous in bitterness and aroma. The strong alcohol content warms the mouth until it closes with a long and complex bitterness due to the wild roots.

Beer in “Red Italian Grape Ale” style, a combination of malt wort and red grapes selected in the Monferrato area. The connotation is typically of beer enriched by the bouquet of red grapes.

This beer is totally American style by malts, hops and yeast. Its colour is coppery blonde with an intense basic aroma from American hops and aromatic malts which completes with the fruity and balsamic flavour. A strong bitter note cleans the mouth and prepares it for another sip.

Beer with a pearly colour, spicy and fruity smelled due to coriander and orange peel typical of the style “Blanche”. Its fresh aroma makes it refreshing, thirst quenching and easy to drink.

Blonde golden coloured beer with delicate herbaceous and floral smells due to continental hopes. It's possible to find in it an excellent balance between the flavour of malts and hop's aroma which flows into a light bitter aftertaste of Alpine herbs.
